SuNPe offers a wide variety of surface finishing services.For Example:Deburr, Smooth finish, Painting, Brushing, Polishing, Silk-screen, Sandblasting, Anodizing, E-coating, Powder Coating, Plating and Logo Printing etc.
SuNPe usually do hand work after parts machined, painting is the most common finishing we can do in house.
LongSheng can make different textures, such as Mold tech, VDI, SPI, etc. SuNPe can also customize the texture according to customer requirements.

Glossy with clear UV layer: SP010-A
From matte texture to more and more heavy texture : SP002-A to SP009-A, please refer to our texture sample for reference .
Client Texture samples is available too.
As for the color, LongSheng can follow Pantone color, RAL color and so on. We also adjust the color according to the customer’s sample.
